Return & Exchange Policy – PLAY&JOY

In accordance with Articles 19(1) and 19(2) of the Consumer Protection Act:
Adult products and lingerie are classified as personal hygiene products. For hygiene reasons, these products must remain unused and unopened. The seven-day “appreciation period” is provided for inspection and comparison purposes only. Please do not open or remove the product’s sealed outer packaging. Once the seal is broken, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

If, upon receiving your order, you find any of the following issues not caused by human factors, please contact our customer service immediately:

Product defects

Missing accessories

Wrong item received

Damage during shipping

We will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with complete original packaging (including the product, accessories, packaging materials, and all accompanying items).

Items must be returned in the original shipping carton. Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.

If the returned item has detectable signs of use (such as sweat, perfume, or other odors), the return or refund will be refused.

3. Defective Item Inspection

Returned defective items will be inspected and tested.
If the product is found to have no defects, the customer will be responsible for all related round-trip shipping and handling fees.

4. Special Notes for Personal Hygiene Products

Because adult products are classified as personal hygiene items, it is difficult to determine whether they have been used once opened.
Therefore, unless the return meets the reasons stated in Section 1, once the packaging is unsealed, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, the seven-day appreciation period will no longer apply in such cases.
